Optimize your swing efficiency. Improve your golf game.
Welcome!
I am Jeff Ebner and I am here to help you enhance your performance and minimize injury risks.
TPI’s Assessment Screen
If you don’t assess, it’s just a guess.
To achieve an efficient swing, a golfer must first be screened. A proper screen involves an assessment of swing mechanics, biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, current health, and injury history.
The TPI movement screen evaluates a player’s physical capabilities. The results of that assessment are used to determine how technical elements of the player’s swing could be related to what his or her body can or cannot do. Once this screen is finished, the results are used to create a plan unique for that golfer. The plan may include fitness training, physical therapy and treatment, coaching of swing mechanics and biomechanics, nutrition, mental strategy or all of the above.

I am fascinated by human movement patterns that the brain develops and creates. I seek to help people move better by creating improved patterns. This led me to a path of personal training. I have been a certified personal trainer since 2009. Throughout my more than 15 years of personal training, I have explored a myriad of methods and certifications to optimize movement.
Competing in three Ironman Triathlons led me to focus my studies on athlete rehabilitation as I received my doctorate in physical therapy. I am board certified in sports (with a focus in golf) and orthopedics as well as fellowship trained for manual therapy – a credential only 1% of physical therapists in the United States achieve. I am certified through the Titleist Performance Institute as a movement professional with focuses in rehabilitation and fitness. Together we will assess your movement to improve your golf game.
